Genoa Historical Centre – This charming apartment is situated in the prestigious Palazzo Serra in Genoa Historical centre. This historical building was one of the Rolli palaces, an official list formed at the time of the Republic of Genoa, of public lodging palaces and mansions of noble Genoese families, which aspired to host the persons in transit for visits of state. Today, it has been recognized as world cultural heritage by UNESCO.

The area where the apartment is situated is full of history. In fact, the zone is piazza banchi, a historical place that in past was an important trade and business meeting point for genoese merchants. Today, this place is still busy with traders, animated by second hand book and record sellers, as well as by the many tourists who cross through to reach the Area del Porto Antico and the Acquario di Genova.

The apartment has been renovated and it is a perfect union between historical charm and modern facilities. The apartment is on two levels. On the first, you will find the living room with kitchenette , a bedroom with double bed and the bathroom. The second leve,l accessed by an interior spiral staircase, has a second bedroom. This apartment gives you the opportunity to accomodate in a historical palace in a real genoese neighborhood and breath the italian culture. There are many bakeries, butchers, fish shops, gelaterie restaurants, food & wine shops, cafés conveniently located around your genoese vacation rental.

The apartment can accomodate up to 4 people and it is on the 2nd floor (italian level) of the historical palace. Please note small pets are allowed but upon request.
